Cody Van Cleve is a PhD Researcher with the Laboratory for Energy and Power Solutions (LEAPS) at Arizona State University. He is currently working in the off-grid technologies realm, developing rapidly-deployable healthcare infrastructure. This equipment delivers stable power, clean water, and medical tools in logistically challenging scenarios where connections to an electrical grid have been compromised or do not exist. He currently holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in engineering from ASU’s Polytechnic campus.
